I was here since last April, and only 3 months in Balikpapan, I've seen 3 times flood. The last one is the most terrible one..
The flood caused the whole city have no communication at all.
We can called it force major already. Hmmmmm.. (* deep sigh...)
Luckilyyyyyyy.. (I'm so Indonesia.. in bahasa, " Untungnyaaaaa.."), I got my broadband connection and privilege to access company's connection, so I still can help others.
Ohhhhhhh noooooooo.. don't know how much should I pay next month for my handphone bill... wekekekkee..
